Big supermarkets like Auchan and Carrefour are the cheapest way to buy LPG in France. Still it would be cheaper to fill up with LPG at Power, in Ieper, Belgium, (€0,419 in June 2019) if you are travelling towards the DFS ferry. LPG is more expensive in the UK, so get you last liters of LPG from Auchan, if you arrive with plenty of time left. Most supermarkets can cost you at least 20 minutes of waiting from arrival till checkout and departure, so don risk missing your last check-in-time four your ferry ship!
