Very unhelpful assistant. Called today (Saturday) to fill camper with LPG. Pump locked ..enquired at shop & was handled a key from behind counter . Assistant then Commented that there was a round switch at bottom of pump to turn on as well. I couldn't see the switch at bottom of pump so went back into shop for help ( in any casei was not qualified to tamper with on/off switches) . Assistant begrudgingly came out and turned on the pump and immediately headed back into shop. I processed to attempt to fill LPG but pump wouldn't work. I went back into shop for assistance but was told by assistant there is nothing we can do then. Totally unhelpful. I drove to another Lpg station & filled up there. Never again at Clannabogan Viva.

Have been using this station for years with no problems, the pump is well placed so even a large car and caravan can drive up beside it, new pump fitted recently so very easy too connect and fill, they do have the pump locked with a chain due to gas theft which I understand but I got the key from reception immediately and filled with no problem, also very reasonably priced at £0.79 per L. nearest next available station is nearly 20 miles away and is more expensive, would highly recommend this VIVO station at Clanabogan.
