Called at Stopsley today 120422. Stated they had no lpg for couple of months and not known when new supplies will be delivered.

The management don’t seem to care that they don’t have LPG, surely they could follow up on their orders & have a rough idea as to when they might get stock. They more out of LPG, than what they have stock. I hate the way the men answer the phone here too. I rang today, 06.05.23 & no LPG again

I’ve been ringing every second day, take ages to answer, and have NOT had LPG for at least 2 weeks now, they just keep saying “ordered but not come in yet” or just answer “NO” and hang up. I took my business elsewhere

Unlike petrol or diesel which is always in stock Lpg drivers HAVE to phone in advance otherwise it’s a wasted journey, out of several staff only found one actually helpful regarding when in stock, normally when phoning they disconnect you! Very frustrating!

I rang after 2nd time today, someone answered, they still don’t have LPG & no clue as to when they will receive any. I wish management would do something about it
