Access is VERY tight on the way out. If you're in an American A class RV you will have to drive over the kerbs to get out.
My RV is 3.6 m high and it fitted under the canopy with about 6, inches to spare, so I would say the height is about 3.75m not 3.50, although that is what the canopy says.
