Long Waiting time at the LPG station(10-15 minutes)without any cars in front , staff is really unfriendly and rude to most of the customers. Everyone is doing what they want in their working time such as listening to music , play games on their phones and ignore the customers waiting outside. One employee is spending time fixing and cleaning his personal car and when I asked him to help with the LPG he said “ I refuse to do it and I only do what I want “ Besides that when I asked for a number or an email to do a complain they told me to leave and they couldn’t provide me with any information regarding that matter . Such a shame for customers that are using money for a service that should be as good as the so called brand “OMV”
