I would have to disagree with above comment about friendly staff. I visited the fuel station today with my daughter to fill her new car with LPG fuel. It was the first time that she had done this and she was struggling to lock the attachment on the pump to the filler cap. It ended up stuck and would neither attach properly or disconnect. After struggling with it for about 10 minutes I went into the shop to ask for some help. The man in the shop was rude and unfriendly, and it was only when I said that my daughter would be stuck on the forecourt all day attached to the pump unless someone could come and help her did he reluctantly come out to the pump. He also struggled with it but managed to get it off eventually. It probably is not within his remit to assist customers at the pump but a little bit of customer service wouldn’t go amiss.
