I’ve just called into this SS as I always use this when travelling to fill up. Saturday I was greeted with a very rude and unhelpful lady on the till. I pulled up to pump 14 and wanted to fill up with diesel. The pump did not work. I then went back into the kiosk area and asked if she could she switch the pump on. She said she had. I went back to my car, tried again and it still wasn’t working. I returned yet again to be told that she had only just come on duty and she couldn’t help in a most rude manner. The other people waiting in the queue to pay were as astounded as I was and told me to escalate the matter to a manager, which is what I am doing. Surely this person is a representative for your company, and first impressions count. If this is what your customer service is like, can I suggest you take a serious look at the training you give to employees as it’s non existent here.
