DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. We reached out to the company in the summer when we moved into our new home. I was given a NEW customer price, but we were told we did not need a fill. I reached out several weeks ago to have our tank filled. The turn around time was over a week before we could be added to the delivery schedule. We were charged THREE TIMES that new customer price quoted and our tank was TURNED OFF and our bill was found in the dirt in the road several days later. Upon email communication with the company, I was told I wasn't a new customer (it was my first fill), that the price quoted was no longer valid (not stipulated in the email) and that nothing could be done.
