BE CAREFUL THEY ARE REAL CROOKS!!!!
I am driving a Dacia Jogger 1.0 TCe ECO 2025. This car has two fuel tanks one for LPG (known also as GPL) gas and one for petrol. The LPG tank has a maximum capacity of 40 litres.
On the 30th of October 2025 (two days ago) travelling towards Spain I stopped at this petrol station to fill up with LPG because I was running low. I saw that the price was very expensive (€1.108/L) but I didn't want to risk running out of gas so I decided to pay the higher price and fill up.
While filling up I noticed that the pump was going very fast high on the price and also it surpassed the maximum capacity of 40 litres that my tank can take. I stopped 45.13 litres worried that (although imposible) I am somehow overfilling my tank due to an electronic error of the pump. The most LPG I have ever managed to put in the car is 39 Litres!
I paid 50 Euros for the fuel and to my surprise when I started my car the LPG indicator was a little higher than 3/4 of its capacity!! CLEAR ROBBERY! I don't speak French and they didn't speak either Spanish or English so it was impossible for me to argue the case with them.
I will be definitely contacting Shell regarding the matter and I will do my best to inform others about those crooks.Remember! I am not complaining about the price but about the amount of litres that I never got!!
