TANKS : HYDROTEST All of the ROYALGAS Tanks which are assembled and welded (100%) are subject to 30 bar pressure testing in the automatic and calibrated test units which can be monitored with manometers. With this test, ROYALGAS Tanks are examined if they any leakage or not. If any inconvenience is determined during this hydro-test, the faulty tank will be taken out to the rejected zone and will be painted in red frame. BONFIRE TEST Bonfire (Burning) Test is such a test to determine ROYALGAS Tanks which is described in the design to have the fireproof system and prove ROYALGAS multivalve which is fixed to the tank work or not; and when subjected to the fire conditions at the described manner, whether it explodes or nor by burning in the fire at 590 °C temperature in 80% fullness rate.
LIFE(CYCLING) TEST Life (Cycling) Test: Hydraulic pressure at 27 bars value is applied to the ROYALGAS Tanks body at 4 second intervals for 10.000 times. 1 tank (1/200) from each lot is subject to life test in order to determine the conformity of the tank life which is accepted to be 10 years with this test. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hbdnWq9T3rQ
CIRCULAR SUBMERGED ARC WELDING (SAW) OF TOROIDAL TANKS BY ROBOTIC MACHINES Assembling using welding: The semi-produced parts which are cut and put into form after the cold forming process are assembled using the robotic welding with 6 axes ( arc welding and MIG/MAG welding and submerged welding) in accordance with the work orders and technical drawings. Afterwards, the assembling procedure is completed by welding the metal labels containing the necessary information related to each tank.
