Re your staff at 7Eleven Blaxland RD Ryde.
As a Customer of your store for 30 years purchasing fuel and groseries . I am 74 years old.
Recently and for some time I have been treated rudely and disgustedly by your staff . I recently used the inside rest room and was abruptly locked inside by a acting staff member. Your staff member was aware that I was inside the rest room.When I finally after ten minutes forced the door open was told not to use it again.
Your staff member committed an offence and was reported to Eastwood Police Station. The staff member was aggressive and rude and should not have blocked my departure from the rest room.
It was a emergency for me to use the rest room.
I am awaiting for an update from Eastwood Police re this matter. The Indian Staff of you store are considered to act inapproapely and rudely to many of your Chstomers. A change of staff members would be beneficial for your Business.
