people watch this station for attacked fuel when you pay the card they charge 3 times the same amount. my husband refuel for £ 85 And they charged us £ 290. frauds and thieves

I suppose that Mr Westdijk from Voorburg does not understand how internet works. He has filed a complaint (about paying three times for refilling two times) for Total through this page... :-/ Wrong place! It is not a contact form... ;-)

The place marker is also in the wrong place. The motorway gas station Kalken is a bit further southwest on E17/A14, towards Gent, so not as close to Antwerpen and the Kennedytunnel as shown on the map.

You can expect to pay by card, if you want to refill fast. If you prefer to pay by cash, you need to pay before. Ask a ticket! After refilling, you go back into the shop, to ask for your change, so you loose time by standing in the waiting line 2 times.

Note that during the day time, it can be faster to take exit 16 and refill at Total Krijgsbaan or Gulf Violetta in Zwijndrecht. The price is also about 14 €cents lower per litre. I use motorway gas stations only at night, in case of emergency.

Het betaalsysteem per kaart is erg gecompliceerd en onduidelijk. Waar moesten wij de kaart gebruiken..? Wij is: ikzelf en diverse andere klanten.... Breng een notitie aan pal naast het scherm!

Beste Total Kalken,
Bij controle van mijn bankafschriften ontdekte ik dat er drie maal is afgeschreven terwijl ik tweemaal getankt heb in Uw tankstation.
Dit gebeurde op 15-03-2017.
De tijd is 13,51 en 13.48 + copie bonnen.
Graag wil ik meer gegevens opsturen om een overzicht hiervan te krijgen naar U toe.
