Dear Sirs,

Sub: Appreciation of fast service to attend complaint of LPG leakage at my residence.
Ref: Customer No.27463306 - Agency Arun Enterprises – Pune 411042
Complaint No:779639 of 13-2-2019

Yesterday, 13-2-2019 when we tried to fix the second (full) LPG Cylinder we observed leakage of gas. Immediately we disconnected the cylinder and tried to inform our above Agency Arun Enterprise. But for more than an hour the only telephone no.26451110 mentioned in our Domestic Gas Consumer Card did not respond as it was showing continuous ‘engaged tone’. The second number 26453994 was indicated by BSNL as ‘not in existence’!

Finally we contacted Complaint No. ‘1906’ and our complaint was registered at around 2.45 pm. Within 10 minutes we received message that ‘a mechanic would be visiting to attend within one hour’ and the telephone number of the mechanic was also mentioned. Surprisingly within the next half-an-hour the Mechanic turned up and repaired immediately by changing the washer in the cylinder and the problem was solved to our satisfaction!! The female attendant at ‘1906’ was very cooperative!!!

This is just to record our appreciation of the superfast action taken by BPL and its Agency Arun Enterprises, especially the female attendant at 1906.

We went into a gas at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday 16th June. The attendent try to cheat us into paying 500 rupees more than the actual amount when I complaint about it one of the attendance asked me to see the manager. I refused and told him I was going to write to the head office because they are all involved in this sort of scams. I have two receipts for the same transaction.
