Hi I have just visited your tank station in de knoest. I come from Scotland and was visiting your country. I was next in line on the broodje counter and I politely ask the woman make up the broodjes if my mother could also pay on the main till. She said in a very stern manner. Wat zegt u?? I repeated my question. Then she snarled “ mevrouw ik ben effe bezig, als ik ben gedaan met de andere mensen dan ik zal u helpen “ it was a simple yes or no question. I did make a effort to use my Dutch. Her attitude was very unprofessional and make me very upset. I am a very sensitive person how is going through some problems at the moment. It doesn’t cost anything to be nice to people especially customers!!!! Her name was Gerda. I hope you will take appropriate action and speak to this woman. She could have said. I have work with the public for many years and would never dream of treating a customer in such a rude manner. The young man next to her said I should say untrue things but I have two witness to this event. Kind regards
