Pierwszy raz spotkałem się z takim brakiem kompetencji i empatii. W protekcjonalny sposób chcą egzekwować zakazy o których nie ma umieszczonej żadnej informacji. Pracownicy pracują tam chyba za karę, zwłaszcza wysoki starszy pan powinien udać się na szkolenie o prawidłowej obsłudze klienta. Jednym słowem odradzam zatrzymywanie się tam.
