Description

At Micromise Autogas Systems, our target was to develop a LPG system which would be effective, compact, quick and easy to install and calibrate, whilst still remaining cost effective.
Starting with the regulator, which can be installed in any vehicle from 50KW to 280KW, means that in 99% of cases, one reducer is enough to handle the output. The solenoid valve and temperature sensor for the reducer is an assembled, ready to go component, saving on installation time. The compact size of the reducer means it can be fitted in constricted spaces.

Micromise Injectors respond in around 2 milliseconds with great accuracy, fuel economy and durability. They can easily handle dirty fuel and can be serviced in no time, as they are designed not to be taken off the vehicle. Each injector can handle up to 40KW per cylinder at 1 bar pressure and up to 45KW using higher pressure. Spare injectors are readily available, should they ever be required.

Gas termperature and pressure sensors are incorporated on the gas vapour filter, again reducing space and installation time.
Micromise have eliminated the need for a MAP sensor, as the vehicle is run under its own petrol ECU MAP. An advanced switchover system incorporating a level indicator, has been designed into the software along with a built-in gas diagnostics error code facility. This makes the software used by Micromise less complicated than many other conversion systems on the market. The ECU processes real time data from the vehicles existing engine map and diverts it to the gas injectors with the required added values, so the vehicle is always run on the original MAP. The actual engine management system is not disturbed, eliminating the liklihood of 'check engine' errors and delivering a smoother vehicle operation.
