Incorrect LPG charges – 4 × 999 NOK pending without gas delivery - 26.05.2026
Hei,
I am writing regarding an issue at LPG Jessheim.
The fueling attempt happened on 18.05.2026 between 19:00 and 20:00.
I attempted to refuel LPG, but the pump did not deliver any gas. However, my account was charged/reserved 4 times with 999 NOK.
Total reserved amount:
3996 NOK.
The transaction appears as 18.05.2026 in the account overview, but in transaction details it is registered as 17.05.2026.
The transactions are still showing as “Transaction under processing” / pending in my bank.
Card used: ****4209.
If necessary, please let me know where I can send screenshots from my bank showing the transactions.
Please investigate this issue and refund the reserved amount as soon as possible.
