Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
I'm writing to you in position as President of a charity association, which is organizing charity transports each year since 2003 to hospitals and other social institutions, the association is called Biker-Brummi-Hilfe e.V. During this transports we often drove along the route, where your servive area is laying, we often made a brake over there.
This year we're driving with a very big convoy of 23 big 40tons trucks and 5 accompanying vans to 2 towns in Romania and in Serbia as well. On June 6th we're coming from Pancevo in Serbia, want to have our night brake on your service area with having supper in the evening and breakfast in the Friday morning, June 7th .
My questions: is this possible ? Can we have the meals at your station and use showers ? Are you able to reserve an appropriate parking area for the convoy ?
